Join Vintage Chariots at the Charleston Classic Car Club show on Wednesday, September 23rd from 6-9 p.m at Bessinger’s in Summerville. Vintage enthusiasts can bring their own car, or judge others. The turn out is always great, and the BBQ is even better. Come see us show off our beautiful Bentley!

Classic Car Show

Join as at the Classic Car Club show on Wednesday, August 26th at the Bessinger’s in Summerville. The show starts at 6 p.m. and ends around 9 p.m. We believe attendance is free, however, should you wish to enter a classic car of your own, the entry fee is about $5-10. Live music and BBQ! Classic car enthusiasts are encouraged to come. We hope to see you there!

The History of the 1957 Bentley S1:

Claiming it to be the fastest four-seater in the world, Bentley built the 1957 S1 model with a straight six cylinder F-engine with 4,887 cc, cast-iron cylinder blocks, aluminum alloy cylinder heads and a dual SU carburetor type HD6.

Though built by Rolls Royce after the merger in the 1930s, Bentley continued to maintain its own identity and consumers required a higher demand from Bentley automobiles due to their prestigious name for fine engineering.
